The Damosa Fairlane is a P200-million project that will rise on a seven-hectare property within proximate distance from the Damosa complex. DLI said that with around 200 available units, each house model unit will have 2-3 bedrooms with expansion opportunities, a car garage, living, dining and kitchen spaces as well as a maid's room and a patio or open space. Lot dimensions will vary at 120 square meters to 250 square meters.
